Crock Pot Beef over Rice

Ingredients
3 lbs beef roast1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix2 cups water8 oz pkg slice mushroomscooked brown rice
Directions
Dump all ingredients except the rice into a crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Shred beef and return to crockpot. Serve over rice or noodles.

    I really liked this recipe but my husband didn't, he hates mushrooms. I kept the soup but left out the sliced mushrooms and added potatoes. The potatoes were WONDERFUL. They literally melted in my mouth! I shreaded the beef and bought some Hawaiian sweet rolls for beef sliders. It was GREAT! - 3/4/08

    Very simple to make and quite tasty. Even my 20 month old ate it. My husband likes tings a little creamier so he stirred in a little lite sour cream. - 10/22/07
