Ingredients
Bag small Yukon Gold Baby Potatos1/4 c olive oil1 tbs chopped garlic1/2 tbs coriander1 tsb fennel seed1 t sb cuminS & P
Directions
Par-boil potatoes then cool. Quarter and saute in large pan with olive oil until golden brown. Add garlic and spices and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
