Crock Pot Chicken and Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice1 cup water1 cup milk1 tsp chicken boullion1/2 cup flour1 onion, choppedpaprikapepper4 chicken breast halves
Directions
Combine water, chicken boullion, and 1/2 cup milk in saucepan. bring to boil and reduce heat. Combine 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup flour, add to milk/water. Set aside.

Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Put in rice, onion, and seasonings. Add milk/water/flour mixture and stir. Place chicken on top. Cook for 4 hours on high, or 8 hours on low.
