High Protein Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup flour1/2 cup flax meal4 scoops of protein powder (your choice)1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)3/4 cup sugar1/4 cup agave nectar1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder3 egg replacer servings1 tsp vanilla extract2/3 cup water
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl, then add the egg replacer, extract, and water. Scoop into a muffin pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
