Basic Pancake Batter

Ingredients
2 cups flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 cups milk1/3 cup cooking oil (canola)2 eggs
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Make a well in dry ingredients and add milk, oil, and eggs. Stir just until blended.

Drop batter in 1/3 cup portions onto a hot skillet. When bubbles begin to appear on top, flip to brown other side.

Also really good with sliced bananas or blueberries in the batter too.

Makes 12 6" pancakes

    Solid basic pancake batter. I used about half the salt though because you dont really need all that salt.. Still good! I eat these with a cup of frozen blueberries and some powdered sugar over the top. Delicious breakfast! - 8/23/15
