Lemon Poppyseed Biscotti

Ingredients
1 c. all purpose flour1 c. whole wheat flour3/4 c. splenda or sugar1/3 c. chopped almonds3/4 c. egg substitute1 tsp. almond extract1 tbs. lemon zest3 tbs. poppyseedsjuice of one lemon 1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix flour, sugar, almonds, baking powder, and baking soda in one bowl. In another, mix remaining ingredients.

Combine the two together.

Divide mixture into two, and place on parchment covered cookie sheet. Make two seperate logs, and bake for 30 minutes. After30 m. removed from oven and cut diagonally once slightly cooled, should get about 24. Place back in oven for another 10 minutes.
