Blackeye Pea Salad

Ingredients
12 oz package of frozen blackeyed peas - thawed1 onion2 red tomatoes, or 1 red, and 1 green tomato1 small, firm Avacado appr 1 oz1 jalepeno or chili pepper, diced very smallany other fresh raw veggies as desiredgarlic to tastesalt and pepper, other seasonings to taste
Directions
Thaw blackeyed peas
dice all veggies, mix until well blended
add favorite seasonings (I use garlic salt, lemon pepper and greek seasoning)
If low sodium desired, substitute fresh garlic
