Healthified Chicken Tortilla Casserole

Ingredients
* boneless skinless chicken breast, 24 oz * Great Value Cream of Chicken Soup 98% fat free, 1.25 cup * Oikos Plain Fat Free Greek Yougurt (small individual container), 2 serving * 505 Southwestern Medium Green Chile Sauce, 12 tbsp * Pacific Natural Foods Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk, 0.25 cup * La Favorita Tortilla de Maiz (2 per serving), 4 serving * green bell pepper, 1 whole * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 large whole (3" dia) * Kraft 2% shredded Colby Jack, 1.25 cup
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix soup, chiles, sour cream, milk, chili powder and cumin until blended. Stir in chicken, tortillas and bell pepper. Stir in tomato and 1 cup of the cheese. Spoon and spread mixture in baking dish.
2. Cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 375°F.
