Ingredients
1 - 14 oz pkg of "Gimme Lean" Sausage (briefly soaked in water to remove some of the sodium)1 - 16 oz pkg of ground turkey breast (99% fat free)1/4 cup Panko (ground)2 Tbl - ground sage1+ Tbl - onion powder1+ Tbl - garlic powder1+ Tbl - ground red (cayenne) pepper
Directions
Soak the Gimme Lean Sausage in water for 1-2 minutes to remove a portion of the sodium; drain. Mix All ingredients together. Form patties and either bake in the oven (350 degrees,10-12 minutes) or fry in a lightly oiled skillet.
