Crockpot Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin puree12 oz nonfat evaporated milk3/4 cup sugar1/2 cup Heart Smart Bisquick1 tbsp butter2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 large egg
Directions
In a large bowl mix together the ingredients. Transfer to crockpot coated with Pam. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serve in bowls with whipped cream, if desired.
