Wendy's Split Pea Soup - 10 - 1 cup servings

Ingredients
1 lb rinsed split peas4 c. water2 c. vegetable broth3 TBLS ham base or veg. alternate1 large onion3 strips celery3 carrots1 sweet potato
Directions
Rinse split peas, add to large pot with 4 cups of water, 2 cups of vegetable broth and 3TBLS ham base or veggie alternative.
In food processor mince the veggies and add. Bring to a boil then simmer until peas are tender.
