1 ready made graham cracker pie crust2 pkgs fat free cream cheese (room temp)1/2 cup sugar1/2 tsp vanilla extract2 eggs1/2 cup canned 100% pumpkin1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
preheat oven to 325
beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl, add eggs and mix thoroughly
pour half of mixture into pie crust
mix pumpkin and spice into remaining cheese mixture
pour on top and bake for 40 minutes or until center is set
refrigerate for 3 hours
