Slow Cooked Shredded Beef Sandwiches

4-6 lb. Beef roast, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 3 small onions, chopped, 1 c. ketchup, 1 c. Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, 1/4 c. cider vinegar, 2 T. molasses, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 2 T prepared mustard, 2 T worchestershire sauce
If desired, brown both sides of roast before placing in slow cooker. Place beef roast in slow cooker. Cover with brown sugar, & chopped onions. Mix remaining ingredients together & pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hrs, or hi for 5-6 hours or until meat comes apart when pulled with a fork. shred beef and return to pot with juices for about 20 min. Serve with fresh rolls.
