Tina's Light Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
12 large egg whites4 large whole eggs1/4 C. nonfat milk4 C. frozen shredded hashbrowns1/2 C. shredded cheese1/4 C. bell pepper, diced 1/2 C. onion, diced5 mushrooms, dicedSalt and pepper or your preferred seasoning, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix whole eggs with egg whites with the skim milk. Finely chop veggies and combine with eggs. Add cheese in. Pour Mixture into a prepared with baking spray 9X13 dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serves 4.
