Butter and Brown Sugar Acorn Squash

One acorn squash, halved lengthwiseOne tablespoon butterOne tablespoon brown sugar
Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
Fill oven-safe skillet with one inch of water. Place squash facedown in the water. Bake at 350 for approximately one hour, until squash is soft (a fork can easily go through).
Flip squash so they are right side up and fill each with half a tablespoon butter and brown sugar. Bake another ten minutes, until butter and sugar are melted.
Serve hot!
