High Caliber Caramel Brownies!

• 3 Tablespoons Smart Balance Light• 1 Ounce Unsweetened Chocolate• 1/2 Cup Egg Beaters• 2 Tablespoons Water• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract• 2/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour• 1 Cup Splenda• 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa• 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder• 1 Tablespoon Fat-Free Milk• 10 Werther's Soft Caramel Candies
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Coat bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine Smart Balance and chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at high 1 minute, and stir until melted. Add Egg Beaters, stirring with a whisk. Stir in water and vanilla.
3. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, and level with a knife. Combine flour, Splenda, cocoa, and baking powder, and stir into chocolate mixture. Spread half of batter in bottom of prepared pan.
4. Combine milk and candies in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at high 1 1/2 minutes, and stir until melted. Drizzle caramel mixture over batter in pan. Drop remaining batter by tablespoonfuls.
5. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into 16 squares.
