1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup white flour1 1/2 tsp baking Powder1/3 tsp baking soda1/3 cup cocoa powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup sugar6 Tbsp Benefiber1 cup mashed bananas2 egg whites1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/3 cup (90 gm.) chocolate chips1/4 cup water
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients except for sugar. Combine sugar with bananas, applesauce, water, and egg whites and mix well. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Fill muffin pan 2/3 full for each muffin. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.
