Ed's Roasted Balsamic Red Potatoes

3 Tbs olive oil1 1/2 tea dried thyme1 tea dried rosemary1/8 tea ground nutmeg4 garlic cloves2 lbs small red potatoes3 Tbs balsamic vinegar1/4 tea kosher salt1/8 tea black pepper

Combine olive oil, thyme, rosemary, nutmeg, and garlic.
Cut potatoes in half. Toss olive oil mixture with potatoes, and spread on an oil sprayed 15x10 pan.
Pre heat oven to 375.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar. Bake 5 minutes more. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
