Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz*Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 1Onions, raw, .25 cup, choppedquick oats, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup Bacon, 6 stripCatsup, 2 tbsp
Directions
chop onion and place in a large mixing bowl.
add egg and turkey and mix in with a wooden spoon.
stir in oats to provide a firmer texture.
place in a loaf pan and place bacon slices in a row across the loaf.
smear catsup on bacon
place in oven for 55 minutes or internal temp of 165

slice at bacon lines
makes 6 slices
