1 (15oz)can pumpkin (about 2 cups) (less fat version if avaible.1 (14oz)can fat free eagle brand sweetened condensed milk2 Large eggs1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1/2 tsp salt1 9inch unbaked pie crust
1. Heat oven to 425. whisk pumkin, sweetend condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust.
2. Bake 15 minutes. reduce oven temp. to 350; bake an additional 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust come out clean. cool. Garnish as desired.
