Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces, cut into tendersBread Crumbs, Italian style ,PROGRESSO 1 cup-you will have approx. 1/4 cp wasteWater -enough to coat the chicken piecesOil-Carlini 100% pure Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Salt, sprinkled over, if wanted. (Not figured into the nutritional value.)Pepper, black, sprinkled overGarlic powder, sprinkled over
Dip each chicken piece into water, then bread crumbs.
Preheat pan, on medium heat, with oil. (You may need to spray Pam to keep the chicken from sticking, if you use less oil.) When hot, add chicken pcs.
Sprinkle chicken pcs. with 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brown on one side.
Once browned, turn chicken pcs. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brown until well done.
Makes 4 servings.
