1 egg1 egg white1 container WW Vanilla Yogurt1 tblspn canola oil1 cup all purpose flour1/4 cup sugar1 1/2 tspn baking soda1/4 tspn salt1/2 tspn cinnamon1 cup rolled oats1/2 cup sweetened applesauce

1. In a blender, combine the egg, egg white, yogurt oil & applesauce; blend until smooth. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; blend. Add the oats and blend.
2. Spray a griddle or large skillet w/ nonstick cooking spray' heat. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake onto the griddle' cook until bubbles form around the edges on top, 2-3 minutes. Flip over; cook until browned, about 2 minutes longer. Serve at once. Top w/ maple syrup if desired (syrup not included in the numbers)
