Harry and David Tuscan Bean Soup

12 ounces of canned chicken breast (or 1.5 cups of chicken breast)8 ounces of tomato saucethe entire package of the Harry and David Tuscan Bean Soup Mix2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon of French’s Worcestershire Sauce
Follow instructions on package---makes 8 1-cup servings
1. Rinse beans and boil in 6 cups of water for 30 minutes
drain water from beans and set aside
2. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in soup kettle and add the chicken
3. Once the chicken is cooked, add 6 cups of water, the tomato sauce, the beans, the sauce packet, veggie packet and French’s Worcestershire Sauce into the soup kettle
4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat cover stirring occasionally for 25 minutes.
Stir, serve and enjoy! Great on cold day!!
