Creamy chicken and avocado fettucine

1 Skinless Chicken Breast1 Can of Light Evaproated Milk1 Small Onion3 Cloves of garlic25 grams of butter1 Hass Avocado2 Chicken Stock cubes2 tsp Mixed dred herbs300grams of cooked pasta
Preparation-
Dice Onion,
Dice Chicken,
Dice avocado roughly,
Crush garlic
Method-
Heat butter in large fry-pan on meduim heat.
Add diced onion and garlic.
Sautee' until clear.
Add diced chicken breast. Cook until almost cooked through and onions are browned.
Add stock cubes, herbs and milk.
Lower heat and stir constantly so as not to curdle milk.
Add diced avocado and stir gently until heated through.
Stir in pasta and serve!
