1 big whole wheat pita bread4 slices tomato.5 tsp mixed herbs.5oz shredded Mozarella
Directions
put the tomato slices on the pita, sprinkle with the herbs, then sprinkle cheese on top.
Pop for 2 minutes in the microwafe, or until cheese is melted.
Serves one
