Indian Inspired Chicken

Ingredients

1 cup non fat plain yogurt2 teaspoons turmeric2 teaspoons of garam masala2 teaspoons of cumin2 teasoons of Coriander1 teaspoon of chili pepper5 10oz Foster Farms 99% Fat-Free boneless skinless Chicken Breastss
Tools:
-brush to spread the yogurt mix onto the chicken
-pan to bake the chicken with raised edges
1. Defrost 5 10oz Fosster farms 99% Fat Free chicken Breasts
2. Filet the Breasts into thin cuts (or just get the appropriate # of thin cuts), and remove any excess fat (won't be much)
3. Preheat Oven to 365F
4. Combine the Yogurt, Turmeric, Garam masala, Cumin, Coriander, and Chili Pepper into a Bowl or tupperware container.
5. Coat chicken breasts with yogurt Mix (as thick as you like, it will bake off a bit, and it's low cal/fat free, will moisten the chicken, and spice it up)
6. Coat baking pan with mist on Olive oil (thin layer for non stick)
7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes (baking time will fary depending on how thick your chicken is)
8. Remove, flip all pieces, coat the chicken again, and bake for another 15 minutes (depending on the thickness of your chicken, baking time will vary!)
9. check thickest piece for 'done' (temperature gauge, color, be safe)
10. Serve and enjoy!
