Flavorful Four-Cheese Baked Penne!

Ingredients
• 8 Oz. Penne Pasta• 1/2 Cup FF Mozzarella• 4 Tsp. RF Parmesan• 4 Oz. FF Ricotta Cheese• 1 Laughing Cow Light Wedge• 2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped• 4 Oz. Crushed Tomatoes• 1 Teaspoon dried Oregano• 1 Teaspoon dried Rosemary• 3/4 Teaspoon Salt• 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes• 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. In a small bowl, combine ricotta, 1/4 cup mozzarella, Light Swiss, and parsley in a bowl until evenly mixed.
3. Cook Penne in boiling water to Al Dente. Remove from heat, drain, and set aside.
4. Heat a large pan sprayed with Cooking Spray over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook for about thirty seconds. Add tomatoes and seasonings, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer until sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes
5. Add pasta, remove from heat, and add cheese-parsley mixture. Stir until well-mixed.
6. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray, and add pasta to pan. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
7. Bake the pasta for about 30 minutes in the oven, and remove when done.
8. Serve, and Enjoy!
