Mediterranean Shrimp

Ingredients
20 Shrimp 2 plum tomato 1/2 Onions1/2 can of Tomato PasteTabasco Chipotle - to taste1 tbsp Garlic powder1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper 1 tbsp Rosemary4 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
Directions
Clean and de-vein shrimp
Dice onions and tomatoes
Sautee onions and tomatoes in 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil until tender
Add tomato paste, garlic, crushed pepper, and chipotle tabasco sauce
Boil shrimp just until pink
Drain and add shirmp to sauce
Add remaining extra light olive oil
Stir and heat
