TZ's beef vegetavle soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 large Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 250 grams Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1 lb *Canola Oil, 5 tbsp Water, tap, 15 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Boil beef in a pressure cooker first for about 20 minutes. Add all other ingredients, boil for another 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
