curried cauliflower soup

Ingredients
3 cups nonfat milk1lb head cauliflower chopped1 TBSP Garam Masala
Directions
bring milk and Garam Masala to gentle boil stirring often, add cauliflower, turn down heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until tender (stir often).
Remove from heat and transfer to blender or vitamix.
serve hot.
