Lasagna with Meat Sauce

1 lb lean ground beef (8% fat)add seasonings to taste (basil, salt, pepper, oregano, crushed red pepper)9 No-Boil Barilla Lasagna Noodles2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded15 oz ricotta, part-skim2 15 oz. cans crushed tomatoes1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
Brown meat in pan, add seasonings and 1 can crushed tomatoes with tomato sauce. In medium bowl mix mozzarella and ricotta cheeses together. In 9x13 pan, pour 1/2 remaining crushed tomatoes to cover bottom. Place 3 noodles on top of tomatoes, spread 1/2 cheese mixture over noodles, add 1/2 meat sauce mixture, cover with noodles and repeat. Once final layer of noodles is added, pour remaining 1/2 can crushed tomatoes on top to cover noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover with foil, bake in 375-degree(F) for 50 min. Remove foil for last 10 minutes of baking. Let lasagna sit out of oven for ~ 15 minutes before serving.
