Gluten-free crab cakes

2 cups crab meat shredded0.25 cup onion--chopped0.25 cup peppers (red, yellow, orange)--chopped0.25 celery--chopped1 tsp cayenne pepper2 egg whites1.5 cups oatmeal (gluten free, if necessary)Mrs. Dash to taste
In a blender, grind up oatmeal into flour. Put about half aside.
Mix the other half with the rest of the ingredients (other spices may be added as desired).
Form mixture into cakes about palm size.
Coat with leftover oatmeal flour.
Heat a skillet at low/medium heat. Just before putting cakes in, spray some non-stick cooking spray. Brown the cakes on both sides.
Makes about 6 3-oz servings.
