Catelli Smart pasta (whole box for 6 ppl)1 cup of 1%milk1 tub of philly light cream cheese, 4 oz of shredded partly skimmed mozzarella4 oz of parmesean cheese12 0z of fresh shrimpgarlicspices to taste1 cup of mushroomrs1 red pepper diced 1.5 cups of frozen peasdash of nutmeg
Boil pasta and peas and set aside
In fry pan, saute garlic, mushrooms, red peppers and shrimp .
In sauce add milk and cream cheese and wisk until melted. Stir in cheeses until melted. Mix sauce in with pasta . yummy
