Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp chili powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp oregano1 tsp cocoa powder2 cups water8 oz tomato sauce1 tbsp potato starch
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients except potato starch. Add in a little bit of the water to make a thin paste. Pour into pan and add rest of water. Cook for about 20 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce. Then add potato starch (that's been mixed with a little water to make a thin paste) to sauce and cook for about a minute.
