I made this for dinner and it was tasty. When it was almost done, I used two forks to pull it apart like pulled pork. I had my serving with a tortilla and a spoon of low fat sour cream. This will be my recipe of choice for pork tenderloin. Bonus: the leftovers will be my lunch tomorrow. - 12/7/10

Very similar to my recipe, but I use Rotel tomatoes and green chilies and chipotle spice. Mine is very spicy. - 2/18/10
