Ingredients
3 medium eggs2 large egg whiteschicken broth 6 cups1/2 tsp soy saucedash of ground ginger
Directions
Boil chicken broth
mix egg whites and eggs together.
Add ginger to boiling broth
Beat in eggs slowly to broth
cook about 1 minute
Add in soy sauce
cook about 1 minute longer

ready to serve!
