Layered chicken with basmati rice

Ingredients
1 lb of cooked chicken breasts1/2 tsp black pepper1 can cream of chicken soup1/2 coup can of 1% milk1 tsp MrsDash Garlic and Herb Seasoning1 tsp crushed red chilies if you like it spicy2 cups grated low fat cheese1 1/2 cup basmati rice3 cups water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray large ovensafe casserole dish with PAM. In another bowl combine soup, milk, and spices.
Layer 1/3 chicken, 1/3 soup mix, 1/3 cheese and repeat layers until done. Cover and bake for 30 minutes
Combine rice and water in pot and simmer 15-20 minutes until tender rice is 3/4 cup per serving
makes 6 servings of chicken and 6-8 rice
