Artisan Whole Wheat Bread-No Knead

Ingredients
6 1/2 cups whole wheat flour2 tbsp fast rise, instant yeast1 tbsp sea salt1 tbsp white sugar3-5 cups lukewarm water
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place a broiler pan with water on the bottom rack.
Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix. Batter should be thick but mixable. Like really thick pancake batter.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow to double in bulk.
Prepare 2-4 loaf pans (depending on the size of loaves you want) by lightly oiling.
Divide the batter into the pans. Spray with a little olive oil. Allow to rest and rise slightly for 10-20 minutes.
Put into oven and bake for 20-40 minutes depending on size of pan and degree of browness you want.

YIELD:
2 large loaves (20 slices per loaf)
4 small loaves (10 slices per loaf)
(approximately 40 servings total)
