Jewish Apple Cake

Ingredients
2 Cups self-rising flour11/2 cups splenda1 cup canola oil4 eggs or egg substitute3 apples (peeled, and sliced thin2 tablespoons cinnamon1 tsp cloves1 tsp. nutmeg2 tsp. vanilla1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Blend all ingredients (except apples) in mixing bowl. Beat well (about 2 minutes) on medium speed on mixer) Fold in thinly sliced apples. Turn into tube cake pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
