*Potato, raw, 1 cup diced (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp (remove)Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
preheat oven for 375
mix all ingredients well and place in oven pan
put in hot oven for 30 minutes turn every 10 minutes tell tender
makes 4 servings each 1/2 cup
