I left out the sour cream (which lowers the calorie count, but I really did it because I didn't have any!) and it was still delicious. I ate it over rice, but my daughter wrapped it in a tortilla for a chicken burrito. yum! - 1/25/10

Sounds great but the sodium content is extremely high because of the canned soup and taco seasoning. I could never eat this. - 2/22/11

this was great, I will deintely make this again, I made it it the oven, cooked at 350 for an hour it was tender and tasty, think I could have left out the sour cream and saved some more calories! - 1/20/10

it actually didn't sound that great to me but I thought I'd try it anyways and it turned out great. I'm going to make it again. It was so fast and easy.
I didn't use the crock pot so I boiled the chicken until it was about half done, then drained the water and added the other ingredients. - 1/10/10
