Soy Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts2tbsp olive oil3tbsp soy sauce2 garlic cloves, minced2tsp dried thyme
Directions
Combine all the ingredients except the chicken into a small bowl and combine.

Prepare your chicken (cut off any excess fat or skin etc.) and place the breast into the bowl. Mix it about with your hands to make sure everything is coated nicely.

Cover the bowl up with clingfilm wrap and place in the fridge for a minimum of four hours and up to twenty four. It tastes better the longer you can leave it in there for.

Take out of the fridge when needed and either grill on a medium-high heat for around fifteen minutes or oven cook for 20-25 minutes at 200C/400F/GM 6 depending on the size of the breasts.
