Wilted Spinach With Avocado, Garbanzo, and Tofu

Ingredients
5 Cups of fresh Spinach3/4 cup tofu1 cup garbanzo beans (chickpeas)1/4 chopped onion1 clove garlic6 grape tomatoes1/2 avocado sliced1 TBS Olive Oil
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent
Add Tofu and cook until golden brown
Add garbanzo beans and tomato until heated through
Wilt Spinach
Toss together and top with sliced avocado
