Low Cal Pita Pizza for One

Ingredients
1 Lebanese pita2T pizza sauce (calc w/ Leggos garlic, onion & herb)30g diced ham (small sprinkling)5 thin slices of red bell pepper2 slices of onion3 small mushrooms sliced2 small artichoke hearts20g mozarella cheese (again a small sprinkling)
Directions
Spread sauce thinly and evenly over the pita; sprinkle with remaining ingredients saving the cheese for last. Bake 20 min at 180C/350F. Cut and serve.

Makes 1 serving (or two snack size servings).
