Ingredients
1 envelope Active Dry Yeast (2 1/4 tsp)1 cup warm water (100-110F)2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 Tbsp flax seed3/4 tsp salt2 tbsp veg oil (or olive oil)](Opt. Cornmeal for rolling out)1 cup Kroger pizza sauce1 cup Mozzarella cheese17x4 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
Directions
Knead all ingredients in bread machine on manual setting.

Split dough into 4 equal pieces, roll out to 8" circles. Prick all crusts with fork except for edge. Precook crusts in 400 degree oven until lightly golden brown. Top each crust with 1/4 cup sauce, 1/4 cup cheese & 17 pepperoni slices. Place back in oven until cheese is melted & starting to brown.
