Parmesan chicken strips

Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken cut into strips2 egg whites2T Worcestershire sauce1/2 c grated Parmesan2 c crushed Corn Flakes2t dried thymepepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Cutc chicken into strips.
3. Mix Parmesan, Corn Flakes, thyme, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
4. Mix egg whites and Worcestershire in a second bowl and beat.
5. Dip each chicken in the egg mixture and then in the cheese mixture.
6. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray, and lay the chicken strips on the sheet.
7. Bake at 400 degrees for ~25 minutes.

Makes 6 4oz servings.
