1/2 cup Whole Wheat Graham Flour1/2 cup Wheat Bran2 tsp Splenda1 tsp baking soda1 cup buttermilk2 large eggs, lightly beaten1/4 cup butter1 1/4 cups blackberries
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Combine eggs, melted butter, and buttermilk. Combine the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Stir in blackberries.
Cook on griddle over medium heat. Makes 4 batches of 4, 3" pancakes.
