Elk strips and noodles

Ingredients
1 lb. Elk cut into bite size strips1 Red sweet pepper cut into large chunks2 med tomatoes3 tsp. garlic2 Tbl. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce4 c. Beef broth1/4 c. Corn Starch10 c. Egg Noodles cooked3 c. Water
Directions
Saute cut up onions, red pepper and garlic in olive oil. Add Elk strips and brown adding Worcestershire Sauce. Once meat is brown add three cups of beef broth and water and bring to boil. Boil until meat is tender. Add corn starch to last cup of beef broth and then add to meat mixture to thicken. Cook noodles. While the noodles are cooking add tomatoes. Drain noodles and serve meat mixture over noodles
