Butternut Squash and Apple Soup

Ingredients
3 cups Butternut Squash, cut into cubes1 medium apple, cored and cubed4 Tbsp (1 packet) Lipton Onion Soup mix4 oz. fat-free cream cheese 2 chicken bouillion cubes1 tsp Tabasco sauce (optional)
Directions
Boil 4 cups water, bouillion cubes and onion soup mix. Add squash and apples and boil on med. high for about 20 minutes. Carefully puree mixture in food processor or blender. Return to pot and add cream cheese and hot sauce (if desired). Stir until cheese is melted.

Makes 6 1-cup servings.
