Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients
Pork Chops (1)Garlic (1 tbsp)Spiced Apple Cider (62ml)Mustard (1 tbsp)Double Cream (3 tbsp)
Directions
To Serve 1 (for more, simply multiply ingredients by number of guests)

Bash pork chops between clingfilm to flatten them out a bit

Cook for roughly 5 minutes either side in a frying pan

Add the cider and simmer for 5 minutes on low

Add the Double cream, garlic and mustard and simmer for a further minute, stirring thoroughly.

Serve
